Under the direction of Dr. Eshleman, Cornerstone’s enrollment has grown from 525 to an estimated 1,000 students for 2013-2014 in just five years. Additionally, Dr. Eshleman has overseen the development of the fine arts department by adding eight fine arts teachers, a director, an art center and a Black Box studio; integrating technology at all grade levels by adding iPads for students, Smart boards for teachers, and more computers for all.

He continues to maintain an online school for 3rdthru 12th grade students across the world. He focuses on quality academics and has created an Academic Services Department – with an additional administrator and two full time teachers. The teaching staff has increased from 55 to 85 in his 5 years—all state certified and one third of those teachers with master’s degrees. In the 2013-2014 school year, CCS will open a brand new Kinder Campus in Stone Oak for all K4 and K5 students.
